These guys moved quick to fix a leaking pipe and while they were there replaced other pipes that were worn and damaged. They were professional, clean, and very affordable compared to other quotes I got for the same job. I couldn’t be happier.

I'm editing my review from a month ago. And you can tell from my first review that I'm an honest reviewer because I gave 4 stars. Here it is a month later, and I was smelling gas again inside the house in the exact area where the repair was done. I called Local Flo and spoke to the owner. His first response was that it sounds like some pinholes in another pipe had formed and the pipes need to be inspected for additional repair. I said those odds were minimal since the gas smell was coming directly from the area his technician installed new piping. The response back....."We stand by our work, and if it's something we didn't do correctly we will fix it. Since a gas leak is serious please turn off the gas as necessary. I will try and get out there today, but in any event no later than Tuesday. I'll call you back and let you know when. That was early morning on Monday. It is 6:30pm Tuesday night and have never heard back from him. It would appear that the seriousness of the issue lessens if Local Flo can't charge more to cover his technician's hourly rate. Immediately after the call I went outside. For those of you that don't know this there is a vent at the meter that vents small amounts of gas periodically to relieve pressure. The Local Flo technician that installed the new pipe through the wall of the home never sealed the opening around the pipe. So when gas vented the gas smell came into the home. The technician never caulked around the pipe like he should have. But the most important issue here is this....I reported another potential gas leak coming from his place of repair, the Local Flo owner tells me he stands by his work, and he never responded back.

We had a gas leak and Local Flo was very quick to respond. Justice was the technician and he did a great job at identifying and repairing the leak and was very pleasant to deal with. The only feedback I can give was with the communication of the pricing from the office. It would be helpful if more is communicated upfront regarding hourly rate and standard charges. Overall would highly recommend.

Friendly hunting and honest. Employee Justice was extremely kind friendly compassionate and very eager to help us. As he saw we were having an issue with our plumbing as he is doing work for our neighbors. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Very helpful knowledgeable and courteous and willing to go the extra mile.

All of a sudden we had no hot water, I called Local Flo Plumbing. They came out the same day and installed the new energy star tankless water heater. They were very thorough from the installation to the instructions on how to use it. Even came back and adjusted the gas flow due to having a new meter installed. I would definitely recommend them, they are wonderful.
