We had an excellent experience working with Alaaeldin Salem to purchase our new Toyota Crown Signia. He was very accommodating throughout the process and was quick to find just the car we really wanted and get it to us as soon as possible at the best possible price. We bought the car at a fair price and received a fair price on the Corolla that we traded in. Everything went very well and there was no playing around. Michael in financing was very knowledgeable and steered us to the best possible financing we could get. The car looks perfect and we are very happy. We learned that you do have to wait for a car. It’s not like the old days where there were hundreds of cars lined up in the lot. Your salesperson locates the car you’re looking for and you wait until it is delivered. We didn’t get the kind of attention we needed at the dealer closest to our home, but Koons Tyson’s definitely delivered and made it worth the longer drive. Thanks to all who helped us to find our dream car!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Janette Thompson at Koons Toyota Tyson Corner! From the very beginning, Janette went above and beyond to make my car-buying experience easy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, professional, and—most importantly—she actually listened to what I wanted and needed.

I never once felt pressured or like I was “just another sale.” Janette took the time to answer every single question I had, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt completely comfortable with my decision. She was honest, straightforward, and truly cared about making sure I was happy—not just about getting me into a vehicle.

Got a Toyota Tacoma from this dealership. Dwight tried to help me at first but he really sucked (would not recommend) Anywho I walked in and was helped by Ibaa super sweet lady, funny, charismatic, fair! Then Michael in finance took over, also really cool guy, super honest and didnt try to sell me BS he himself wouldn't get. Super welcoming environment kinda like we were already friends! I had an outstanding experience buying my new Toyota Corolla Hatchback from Koons Tysons Toyota. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly stress-free.

My salesperson, Muhammad Ali (yes, that’s really his name!), was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He answered every question I had, explained everything clearly, and made sure the entire purchase moved along quickly without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.

I also want to give credit to the finance manager. He worked hard to put together the best deal possible and presented the options in a straightforward, low-pressure way. It never felt like a sales pitch just honest, helpful guidance to find what worked best for me.
