First time reviewer but the outstanding customer service at the East Hampton (60 Park Place) store prompted me to write this. The store manager Ashriya was extremely knowledgeable about the phones and the staff helped me select, upgrade, and transfer my iphone data while applying all available promotions in a way that was much more seamless than if I had ordered the phone online. Store staffer Luke had the patience of a saint as customers of varying degrees of tech knowledge came into the store with a zillion questions and requests. The store was well-staffed so that the wait was not long, and the store was well-stocked. This was the best experience I have had at a Verizon store.
