Checked in to the clinic, was seen, diagnosed and walking out in about an hour. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that the staff knew which pharmacy was open after hours in order to pick up the prescribed meds. I also appreciate NP Rachael informing me of the symptoms that would warrant an ER visit and why.

The resident PA, Rachel, did nothing for me because I didn't have strep throat. That is the only type of respiratory infection she will prescribe antibiotics for. If you are sick I suggest you go somewhere else for treatment.

Im very disappointed and upset. I came here because my back was in pain from over working myself and I already knew I pulled a muscle. This wasnt my first time doing this and I knew i needed muscle relaxers for the pain. The provider (Megan), came in ,was being very dismissive of my pain, and had an attitude. Told me she doesnt recommend muscle relaxers because they have bad side affects but didnt tell me what they were, and told me to just take a epsom salt bath. She left the room came back 2 seconds later and told me she filled them anyway and to have a nice day. That was it. Yeah cool I got what I needed but the experience was horible, and I wont be back.

I had a great experience at SSM Health and wanted to recognize Dr. Monte and his team. They worked like a well-oiled machine from start to finish. My wait time was short, and the staff was both professional and friendly.

Dr. Monte took excellent care of me after I cut my hand. He explained each step of the treatment, eased my fears, and was incredibly kind, conversational, and down-to-earth. It made a stressful situation so much easier.

Today we took our daughter to this Urgent Care today. I made a apt. Online. We had a Outstanding experience. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, we got in right away. The Tech was great, put my daughter at Ease immediately and the Nurse Practioner was Amazing. I would definitely recommend this Facility!
