Service by Stanley Steemer exceeded my expectations largely due to their representative on site. Michael showed up promptly and quickly walked through the job with me explaining everything he was going to do and what I might expect for each aspect of the job. He really knows his cleaning techniques as well as requirements for each of the floor types of carpet tile and grout. He worked really hard and diligently did a very fine job. Michael is a very personable friendly man and a credit to your company.

Just had Michael from Stanley Steamer come out and clean our carpet. First off, what a courteous and knowledgeable young man!! He explained the process that they use, confirmed the agreed price, and quickly went to work. Our carpets weren’t too bad to begin with, but what a difference after he cleaned them. Took out some spots, and super cleaned our traffic areas. Impressed with the cleanliness and the commitment to customer service. Happy Customers!!

Very nice and professional young man who did an excellent job on my couch and love seat. Showed up at time agreed on and left everything in it's place. Price was very reasonable. I've used Stanley Steemer numerous times and highly recommend them.

Benjamin was very professional, friendly and great to work with! He did a fantastic job on my carpets and they were pretty bad. They look great! Will definitely call again in 4 months to get them cleaned again as they are high traffic areas.
Thanks again Benjamin!!!
