The guys who cleaned my floors were awesome and did an incredible job. We added my kitchen tile floor to what they were doing already and it is beautiful. They were so nice and friendly. When I call Stanley Steemer back for another job which I will, I will request them.

Carpets appears to be clean, but the edges were not vacuumed or cleaned. This was a move in clean so there was many years of dust and debris on the carpet, none of which was vacuumed or cleaned. I am disappinted in the quality of clean and would not use them again. Their remedy was to send someone out to clean, but if they could not do it the 1st time why would they be able to do it the 2nd time. I was planning to use them for duct cleaning, but do not trust their quality of work.

Mathew and Derrick were very professional and informative of services available with prices. Old carpet with many stains but they managed to make it look much better removing many, not all, but many stains. I was very pleased with the end results. The only negative comment is that the two top steps had water when they left. But I would most definitely recommend, and call them again.

Great job on old carpet that I didn't have high hopes for. It looks much better. Great interaction and did well with keeping on the loop and setting expectations.

The crew was polite, the carpets weren’t cleaned when they left tho. The spots are still present. Also they didn’t move small furniture pieces to clean under them. All in all, I feel like the amount I paid these should have been taken care of.
