José provided excellent service. He was professional, kind, and hard-working. He did a wonderful job cleaning my vinyl floors, removing all the heavy grease and scuff marks. I recommend him with my eyes closed.

The technician did a great job. He arrived a bit early, which was perfect for me. He was professional, listened to my concerns and asked if I had any questions. There were some tough stains that were removed. I am very happy with the work.

Tim (Timothy) and Sammie did an outstanding job with our vent cleaning service. Both were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the process. Tim took the time to thoroughly explain his assessment and executed the work exceptionally well. Sammie was careful and detail-oriented when removing and reinstalling all the vents, ensuring everything was handled with care. Their attention to detail and professionalism were truly appreciated. Excellent service from both gentlemen. I highly recommend them!

From Booking to Cleaning - Absolutely Fantastic!! 5+ stars! I called Stanley Steemer this morning and was pleasantly surprised they could come out the same day. From Silvio, who booked my appointment, to Osmel/Pio, who cleaned my rugs, the service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they took the time to ask questions about my rugs, including the material and quality, before getting started. The pricing was great, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Stanley Steemer and will use them again! Customer Service Done Right!
