They did a thorough job. Not all stains came out of carpet, yet area rugs surprised me! Polite & courteous.

Techs were nice and professional. However, I see no difference in the wood floors. I will have to repolish them all myself. Also, they knocked a collage frame off the wall and it is beyond repair. I should have saved the $700.

The customer service representatives were very helpful/I got an Appointment Immediately. The Young Men arrived early, were respectable of property and did an excellent job on our carpets❣️
I’ll sticks with them for sure❣️

The gentleman who came were professional and wonderful, however for the amount of money I paid my carpet still doesn’t look clean to me
