I would highly recommend working with David at Restoration XP. This is actually the second time I've had to use them — not because of any issue with them, but because I've had a leak in my studio space on two separate occasions. Both times, they were incredibly responsive, which matters so much in this business since time is truly of the essence when you're dealing with water damage.

I called in the evening and David was out the next day. He and Dwayne went above and beyond — they finished the work quickly and were always fast to get back to me with any questions or updates. They were easy to work with, straightforward, and took the time to walk me through everything, including insurance questions and other details I wasn't sure about.

I found David through several local Facebook groups while searching for mold remediation recommendations. He was the only company that was recommended over and over again by different people, so I reached out. He came out the very same day to assess our situation.

David and his team did an outstanding job. They were knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and took the time to make sure the mold was properly remediated and that steps were taken to help prevent it from returning. They were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process!

We called David company to help us identify a mold issue. He came over and checked the area from top to bottom. He checked our vents and our attic. Thankfully it was an a/c issue and not a water leak or mold issue. He was honest upfront and wonderful to work with. David and his team were great and easy to work with. David’s knowledge of how the insurance process works and his ability to get things done quickly and thoroughly made this process so much less stressful for us. I felt I could trust him to get it done without having to micromanage the project. He is quick to respond and answer any questions, gave me regular updates of what was going on, and even with a few bumps in the road he still got the clean up done in the projected time frame he gave day 1.
