I’m very disappointed with this branch, I opened a new account last year and the time they told me in order to avoid the monthly service fee ($15) I just need to maintain a certain amount in the bank. Which is $500 in my personal account and $2000 in my business checking. There was one time only one of the account was lower than the amount. So they charged me the fee for couple months. I have called and asked them what happened because I brought the amount back up already. Unfortunately they switched it up and told me I need to have at least $2,000 in my personal account and $5,000 in my business. Completely different from what that teller told me at the branch. I will be closing with them soon due to the scammy feel. Of course I could deposit more money but I don’t want to due to the fact that they lied or the inconsistency in their statement

Went into the londonderry location today.One teller, on duty two managers walking around that could help with nothing ended up walking out in disgust after being in line for so long

I travel for work so go to different branches and this is one is rude I have been in 3 times and each time felt like since I was coming in for a loan or anything important they treat you bad.
