Kroger needs to figure out how to accept a Government Issued Ohio License digital ID for a 65+ year old from my Apple Wallet to purchase NON-ALCHOLIC Athletic beer. The check-out register accepts both my Kroger Card & Apple Pay Card in my phone, why not the ID? They are not doing themselves any favors.

Sara in the floral department at Kroger was absolutely wonderful! She helped me put together the most beautiful bouquet and made the whole experience enjoyable. She was incredibly kind, personable, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to make sure everything was just right. Her creativity and excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you, Sara, for going above and beyond!

I wish they had at least a couple 10 items or less self checkouts. It’s crazy how people will use self checkout with a full grocery cart, when there are only three small self checkouts available. At least go to a conveyer belt! Have a couple regular checkouts available at all times. It’s just a mess, all the time. The meat department isn’t great. Do people actually purchase seafood here? It’s so bad, so bad. How long do they leave seafood in the case before tossing? Nothing is ever ‘fresh,’ and the prices are actually almost in line with Whole Foods. I realize a lot of the fish is previously frozen, but it sits out for way too long after being thawed. Don’t buy seafood here, you will not be happy. One of the shift managers, I think his name is Dan, needs some serious coaching in customer service.

Updating on 07/09 - do not buy their meat that is on sale…I thought $9.99/lb for T-bone steak was a steal, so I purchased two for $30. Worst tasting meat I have ever had. Couldn’t even come close to finishing one of them, was that bad. I also asked if it was mechanically tenderized, butcher said no. ‘Kids poke holes in the packaging he said.’ Yep, no, that’s not how it works. Hope I don’t wake up with an insanely upset stomach. Meat had an almost rotten taste to it.

I highly recommend shopping here. Employees are so nice and helpful. I was looking at the outdoor furniture and an employee named Diane was so helpful & courteous from the time I picked out a grill canopy to loading it in my truck since I cannot lift heavy things. She didn’t have to do that, but she was gracious enough to help me out.

Stacy in the bakery department went way above any of expectations with her art and care for excellence. Stacy took my request for a cake with a “boxing” theme to an exciting and unexpected level. My group of boxing fan friends were all very impressed when they saw the cake Stacy designed. Then they were even more impressed once they tasted it. Literally not a crumb left. GREAT job STACY!! Thank you from all of us
