Needed a 10x10 to put Xmas stuff and extras in. Everywhere that had a spot was dirty, and stuff all over outside, looking junky. This one is at the end of a neighborhood street, clean inside and out!! Didn't notice flooding marks, but it hasn't rained, so if that sucks i will let you know!! This is in Kelso. Along the river. Off of Pacific.
