If your looking for parts order online instead. If I would have i would have had the part yesterday. I ordered a part from ferguson roanoke Monday at 730 am and jack Sheppard told me it would ship that day and I would have it tuesday. He said he would send me tracking and receipt too. He charged me and then nothing else happened. I emailed him a second time and left a voicemail that never was returned. I talked to 4 people over an hour and a half time frame and no one could find the order on Tuesday around 345. Finally the 4th person claimed he found it and said it shipped and we would have it Wednesday and he would send me the receipt and tracking info. He never did, but I got an alert from ups that they created the label at 452 pm on Tuesday. I never got the info from the rep he said he would send and he lied about it shipping already. Its wednesday morning now and ups is showing they dont even have the package yet, so it wont be coming today. Worst customer service.

The message on the phone says they’re still open on Saturdays 8-12. They are not. Not sure when that happened. Over to CMC I guess.

This is the best plumbing supply place in Roanoke. It is great for the average consumer and the contractor. The merchandise is above-average. Higher end than Lowe's if you will. The employees were very helpful, very fast, and very courteous.

Very upset about the customer service I received at the Roanoke branch of Ferguson. I could have ordered online, and paid a lot less, but chose to order from a supplier with customer service, should I need any. Bad idea on my part. My complaints about my one of my Summit under counter built in refrigerators were swept under the rug from the start and now 2 years later my fridge is dead. I was told there were no service providers in my area. I would have never chosen to purchase these units, (2 under counter fridges, 1 under counter freezer and 1 gas range) had I known this information up front from my sales person. Basically, I was out of luck even though my concerns over the unit was in the warranty time frame.
In short, my advice, please make sure you ask if there are local service providers for your appliances you order up front... if you don't ask, they won't tell and because of that, they seem to just be focused on the sale.
