I’ve always been absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. Just walking through the front door usually gives me so much anxiety. But I can honestly say this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. The second I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming front desk team, and then I met the cutest Dental Doggy Assistants..Willow and Aspen! Seeing those two sweet pups instantly melted my anxiety away and made me feel so much more relaxed. After checking in, I was taken back pretty quickly by Michelle, my dental assistant. She handled my X-rays and cleaning, and I have to say she was incredibly gentle while still being very thorough. She constantly made sure I was comfortable, and I really appreciated how kind and reassuring she was throughout the appointment. Then Dr. Connie came in, introduced herself, and carefully walked me through my X-rays and treatment plan. I’ll admit I was nervous, but she explained everything in such a calm, easy to understand way that I went from feeling anxious to completely at ease. I never felt rushed, pressured, or overwhelmed just informed and genuinely cared for. Before I knew it, my appointment was over and I was on my way out. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to enjoy taking care of their patients. That kind of atmosphere is hard to find, and it really shows how much this office cares about the people who walk through their doors. If you’re someone who gets nervous about the dentist like I do, I can’t recommend this office enough. They completely changed my perspective, and I’ll absolutely be coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making what I thought would be a stressful appointment such a positive experience!

Bristle is the best dental office I’ve ever been to and I will really miss coming here after I move to New York. The office is so beautiful and the dogs come by to say hi each visit. Connie and all the staff have been kind and patient with me. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bristle to anyone!

Normally, I dread going to the dentist. I do not feel this way about Bristle! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The vibe is calm and the office is beautifully designed, it doesn't feel like "the dentist". Dr. Kate is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Everything felt very honest and clean. I received a personalized email after my visit which was a nice touch. Sometimes it is hard as a patient to remember everything told to you in an office visit so this has been very helpful to me as I look back and reflect upon my dental health goals and needs. I'm going back to Bristle for all of my dental health needs and am scheduling my husband an appointment as well! I also LOVE that they are woman-owned & founded!

I had the most amazing experience today at Bristle Dental. Every single staff member was incredibly kind and welcoming. I’ve always been very anxious about going to the dentist, but they made me feel completely at ease. I was referred by a friend, and now I’ll be recommending Bristle Dental to everyone I know. And as a bonus, there are dogs! I’m so grateful for such a positive experience and truly couldn’t recommend this place more.

Dr Connie Woo is the best dentist! She’s extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful. She works with precision and has your long term dental health in mind when doing treatment. She’s incredible in both preventative work and helping you maintain your oral health as well as treatment when something goes wrong. Her office is beautifully decorated and comfortable and has a wellness/spa vibe and is in a great location. Her staff are all friendly and social. Coming to the dentist honestly feels like a wellness treatment and not a scary dentist visit. It’s something I look forward to now rather than dread like in the past :)

Dr. Kaitlyn Lagesse was amazing! I've had a lot of dental work over the years and I've struggled to find a good dentist since moving to Chicago, but I felt very taken care of at Bristle. Dr. Lagesse is attentive, kind, and very thorough, I really can't recommend her enough!

Bristle is the best dental office in Chicago! Dr. Connie and her team are incredible - they go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable at every visit. They also really work with you to make sure your services are covered and/or offered at a reasonable price which is so appreciated because dental services can be so expensive. I don’t necessarily live that close to their office, but I go out of my way becuase they’re that good. Also, they have dogs in the office for comfort and support! I’ve been telling everyone to go here

I had such a great experience at Bristle Dental Studio with Dr. Connie Woo! The office is spotless and modern, and the entire staff is so kind and professional. Dr. Woo took the time to clearly explain everything to me and made sure I understood each step, which I really appreciated.

The team went above and beyond to confirm that everything was covered by my insurance, which helped relieve a lot of the stress I usually feel about surprise charges. Dr. Woo also listened carefully when I brought up a concern that wasn’t super obvious, and she made me feel truly heard and cared for.

Everyone there was so compassionate and patient. I highly recommend Bristle Dental Studio—especially if you struggle with anxiety around dental appointments. The calm environment and genuinely caring staff make you feel comfortable and supported from start to finish.

New office and it is very clean and well kept. The vibe is very high energy and positive, and everyone working was fantastic and informative. They were patient in answering questions, as well as comprehensive in their breakdown of a long term health plan for my partner who has not received regular dental work in a long time. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Bristle! After a very concerning experience at another dental office, I am so relieved that I came to Dr. Connie for a second opinion! Dr. Connie and her team are all so incredible! If you have any anxiety around seeing a dentist, Bristle Dental Studio is where you need to go. Meeting them and starting on a new dental journey with them has truly been life changing for me. I wish I could give them more stars!!

The cleaning was so gentle and I experienced ZERO discomfort from the dental assistant. Dr. Connie was extremely thorough when explaining the work I would need to get done. She really eased my nerves and made me feel so comfortable. I am so happy that I found this dental studio!

A bonus for all dog lovers is that they have a therapy dog in the office. I had the pleasure of holding a sweet 8 week old puppy that is a brand new addition to the therapeutic pup team.

Dr. Connie is a rockstar that genuinely cares so much about her patients. After not having dental insurance for a long time, my teeth were not in the best shape and I was recommended to have a root canal at another office. Having low funds, she opted to try to save my tooth and work with the insurance I now have to make the situation easier on me financially. Everything was pain free and Dr. Connie and her office pup Aspen makes you feel super at ease due to her confidence and knowledge (and Aspens emotional support capabilities)! She also accepts Meridian for individuals under 21 which is huge. I personally believe that Dr. Connie is one of the most ethical dentists I have met in my many years of bouncing around from office to office. She truly just does what is best for you, always has a plan and has awesome judgement :) Thanks Doc!

Great experience! The office is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. My cleaning was very thorough and quick. Dr. Woo took the time to address all of my concerns and come up with a treatment plan. She recommended conservative treatment when appropriate as opposed to an expensive procedure. Will definitely continue to go here for all of my dental needs!

Dr. Connie is great. I've had two appointments with her: a cleaning and the replacement of an old filling. Both went more smoothly than expected. She was very patient and thorough with all my questions, and she provided X-Rays upon request.

The office is newly renovated. It feels professional & clean while maintaining some warmth as well.

I've been looking for a new dentist since moving here and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Just completed an 8 month alinger treatment to straighten out my teeth and WOW I'm so happy with the results! I saw Dr Connie a few times throughout the process and in each visit she was very gentle and patient with my very sensitive teeth. I have also gotten some fillings and cleaning done with her - highly recommend Dr Connie for any of your dental needs!
