Not sure why the drive thru staff was so edgy today, I was excited to take my dad to chic fil a today because they offer excellent and friendly customer service that is unmatched, a thank you begets a my pleasure etc. food was fine, and I don’t mind paying the prices, but if everyone is going to be moody I may as well go eat at macdonalds. Are corporate standards slipping for franchisees? Help me understand

My Fiance and I took our 1 year old out for dinner tonight and Austin and Nate made the experience absolutely incredible. It was hard to decide what to get her and Austin happily assisted with our very many questions and Nate came over and brought a lovely conversation into our evening. Both employees completely made this experience a very happy family memory and they are greatly appreciated. We will be back. Please thank them for us! They are awesome

We decided to dine in for lunch. It ended up being the nicest dine in fast food experience I’ve ever had. Once we were seated, Bill kept checking in if we needed refills and had a nice conversation with us. When we were done, he even cleared our table for us! He was awesome and so sweet to talk to. Layah was also very kind and friendly, as well as who I assume was the owner kept checking in. I’ve never been to any fast food joint that offers to take your cup and get you a refill! Bathrooms were very neat and clean. The atmosphere was so positive and uplifting. Top notch customer service and the employees made me want to come back again soon! Bill definitely made our day!

I was there the other night when Jordan was on the floor working, and there was a bingo night going on. He was extremely helpful the whole time.. super friendly, patient, and just had great energy even with everything going on. You could tell he was really on top of things and making sure everyone was taken care of. He honestly made the experience way better. Shoutout to Jordan!
