Nimmer Heating did a fabulous job on our AC and Furnace! First off, if you are looking for top notch work and service this is the company to go with. We received a great price and fast service!

The team at Nimmer made everything easy. They helped with all of our questions and concerns. To top it all off the work they did was clean and efficient. It was a humid summer, but thankfully our new AC has been amazingly cool 😎.

Thank you and to anyone looking for HVAC work this is the place 🙌.

Update after installation: Nimmer has now completed the installation of both furnaces, and our experience was excellent. Pat and Tyler were professional, organized, careful, and respectful of our home from the moment they arrived. The second-floor installation had some space constraints and was the part I was most concerned about, but they handled it extremely well. They completed both furnace installations in one day, and you would hardly have known they were in the house working. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and far less disruptive than I expected. This confirmed that we made the right decision choosing Nimmer.

We recently worked with Brian Nowak at Nimmer Heating & Air Conditioning while evaluating replacement options for two furnaces in our home. Brian was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and never made us feel rushed as we worked through several technical questions regarding equipment options, zoning, thermostats, warranties, and other considerations. He listened carefully, answered our questions clearly, and helped us arrive at a solution that made sense for our home rather than simply pushing the most expensive option. We ultimately chose Nimmer because of the confidence Brian gave us in the company, the proposal, and the long-term support. Based on our experience so far, we would highly recommend Brian and Nimmer Heating & Air.

We called Nimmer Heating due to issues with our air conditioner and were thrilled to get a same-day appointment. Joe was the technician, and he was fantastic. He took the time to answer all of our questions, and gave clear and honest options to resolve the issue. We were incredibly impressed with both his knowledge and his sincerity. It is rare to find such trustworthy service these days. We highly recommend Joe and Nimmer Heating.

Starting with the estimator Brian, office staff Malinda were both super to work with. The installation team (Pat, Josh and Sid) sent to my house to install the a new air handler and a/c unit was top notch. The guys were not only courteous, they were careful and cleaned up! The care and quality of installation was superior with a lot of it in the hot attic in summer months…never complained and kept smiling! I would recommend Nimmer Heating to anyone looking for new equipment or service (I use them for service and maintenance as well).

Joe was fantastic! He explained the issue with my air conditioning system and what needed to be fixed. He and Chris were professional and friendly. They were confident in their work and well versed in the equipment they worked on. The company communicated well and was timely as well as responsive. Would definitely recommend!
