I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone—they treat people inhumanely. On top of that, they actually broke my car: after they lifted it on the hoist, the braking system stopped working, and we nearly got into an accident!

Definitely wouldn’t go here for an inspection unless you want to wait 40 minutes for them to try to scam you into paying for more services to pass. Was told I failed my inspection because of my “wiper blades and tires” when my wipers were replaced on my last oil change and my tires were changed within the last 2 years. Typical chain oil change place that just wants to get customers to pay for more than what they came for. Would recommend going somewhere more reputable because theres a reason this place is always empty.

I had a very disappointing experience. I was told my vehicle would pass the emissions test if I got two passenger side tires and my license plate light fixed which I did, only to later find out that information was not true bc they failed me again based off the drivers side tires I was not advised there was a problem with my drivers side tires. Being given incorrect information wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and made me question the honesty and professionalism of the staff.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but customers deserve accurate information, especially when it comes to something as important as emissions testing. I expected transparency and clear communication, but unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. I would not recommend this business based on how this situation was handled.

Pulled in yesterday bc I had a tire that I had got a piece of metal in. I was desperate bc it was losing air at a couple of psi per traffic light. It was about 515 pm when I I got there and they close at 630 I think it was. Plenty of time to change on tire. I drive a ford explorer so he said we don’t keep those on site. You have to come in and pay the full amount and come back tomorrow. I looked online and found other places for tires that only make you pay a reservation fee of $25 to order the tires. So I left and put some fix a flat in it. Went to Mavis Tire where I could have got a Goodyear tire for $140 not $200 or more. And instead of just being a money grab they actually told me the truth and said sir you don’t need to replace this tire. It’s fine we will patch it. It’s perfect patching status. It’s a little piece of wire that went straight in and the location is perfect for a patch. I knew all of this already as I’m 45 years old and had tires patched before.

Ill do my best to summarize it.
I came in for a oil change on my 2018 chevy equinox diesel engine.
Price was a little high but I was was like okay sure no problem. Im guessing it will take 45 mins the most. It took 2hrs for the oil change. I presented them with a coupon that the gentleman said he will use to take off the amount. He did not I didn't notice at first drove across to street to get my son some jack n the box. While pulling in my car started making this grinding noise. So I go right back over and tell them hey my car is making this grinding noise they said okay we will check and I also Informed them that the coupon wasnt applied they said they would fix it. I then am told that the wrong oil was put and they would put the right one in but will take time to get here. So im guessing a hr at most. Wrong I waited another 2hr and 30mins. As I pull away and I can still hear the noise they stated they dont know what's wrong and can't do anything about it. I told them I'll check with a dealership and let them know. Cause my car wasnt making this noise before I arrived here. I get home and life my car up to see the problem. Come to find out NOT ONCE BUT TWICE THEY FAILED TO REINSTALL THE SWAY BAR OVER THE DRAIN PLUG CAUSING IT TO GRIND AGAINST MY TRANSMISSION PAN.
I reinstalled it I need to at least be compensate 20percent of the $171 dollar oil change bill.
Ohh also they never took the 15 dollars off from the coupon
