I came in to look at the new explorers to see if I would want to trade my 23 explorer so Jeffrey showed me several and we narrowed down to two, and he and the finance guys worked hard to get me where I’d be comfortable with the finances. They were patient and encouraging and listened to my suggestions and concerns. I left with my new explorer and as a more than satisfied customer.

After an unsuccessful recall was performed for OBD P0706 and P0707 I returned my truck. The service writer contacted Ford Motor Corp and got them to authorize further repairs to the transmission transfer plate. The repair was a success and the truck is now up and running. I was very pleased with the great service I received at Raceway Ford. The recall and special warranty work didn't cost me anything. The service writer is a valuable asset to the dealership and Ford Motor Corporation. Thank you.

Amazing experience all around. Best car dealer I have worked with. Great pricing and nice, honest people. I drove from Durham for the vehicle because of the great pricing and customer service I was getting over the phone. Well worth the trip.
