I want to take a moment to specifically recognize Lysle S. for the exceptional customer service he provided during my visit to Burt Brothers.

From my very first interaction with him over the phone, Lysle was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He assisted me with reserving the tires I needed and made the entire process straightforward from the beginning.

Once my vehicle was being serviced, that same level of professionalism continued. Lysle kept me informed about the status of my vehicle, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure everything was taken care of through completion.

What stood out most to me was his attention to detail and respect for my time. As a business owner myself, I understand how important customer service is, and I also understand that exceptional service doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from listening, communicating, paying attention, and treating the person in front of you like their time and business actually matter.

Lysle did exactly that.

Continued great experience with Burt Brothers Downtown. They make owning a car downtown super easy. I’ve been pleased with everything from oil changes to new tires, and I’ve consistently had great service. It’s nice having a shop I can actually trust and not have to worry about. Highly recommend!

My wife was driving and somewhere along the way, a stowaway “nail” ended up hitching a ride in our left, rear tire. I remembered their jingle from TV and thought I’d give Burt Brothers a try. When I went in, Greg was taking care of some other customers, so I waited patiently for my turn. Greg was knowledgeable, helpful, and provided the possibilities for our puncture situation. He was the lone guy in the front of the shop and he had one technician working in the back of the shop. It’s a Saturday so the jobs were stacking up. I didn’t have anywhere to be, so I opted to wait for my car and see if the tire could be fixed or if I’d have to make a purchase. I was quoted 60 to 90 minutes. Once the car was taken back by the tech, she took care of my car so quickly. I was impressed by her efficiency, accuracy in fixing the puncture, and getting me on my way in a timely manner. The waiting room was well equipped with drinks and snacks (for purchase), padded chairs, TV, and restroom. The area was clean and comfortable to wait for a bit. This location was the closest to my house and the next time I’m in a pinch, I’ll come back.

I was on my way to the Huntsman Cancer Institute for an infusion for my wife, when I hit unknown debris on I-80 that destroyed my tire. After stopping I was able to put the spare on and get her to her appointment. Leaving her there, I went to find the nearest place to find tires so I could get her back home. I arrived at the Burt Brothers downtown location after 5 pm and explained my situation. I knew that there was no way I was making it home on the spare tire and I needed it completed fast so I could get back to pick-up my wife and be able to get her home to rest.

Even though they were busy, the front desk person (Kurtis T, KT902), listened to me and showed great concern and empathy. He promised to get it done quickly and get me back on the road even if it meant that he'd have to stay after hours. They were very efficient and quickly got me taken care of. I wanted to tip, but he refused saying it was what he wanted to do for me and my wife. I hope that this message is seen by his manager or owners because his kindness shown meant a lot to both my wife and I.

Those are the type and kind of employees that should be kept and rewarded.

I only give 5 Star reviews, which isn't too often. The customer service team was excellent. Their prices for four A/T tires were better than their leading competitor. And, the technicians hustled to get me out before the estimated time frame, so I could make my doctor's appointment.
Great people, great service!!
