The amount of times these amazing people helped me with every issue is amazing! I had zero problems, everybody was attentive and the manager always there if they need anything.

Vic the store associate was high out of his mind slurring his words and couldn’t help me get anything done. Was told they have Modems in stock because needed to exchange one and he couldn’t help me even do that.

Customer service told me to go to this location for assistance. I showed up to a room full of employees sitting around accomplishing nothing. One especially rude employee decided lying was easier than working and claimed they “don’t help business customers.” Customer service later confirmed that was false and that everyone uses the same system. So instead of getting help, I got sent away because this staff couldn’t be bothered to stop their social hour long enough to do their jobs. I made sure to report all of them to customer service.mess.

UPDATE: Customer Service sent me back to get a new SIM card. I didn’t ask the horrible, rude woman for assistance this time. I walked passed her and went to the desk. Johnathan helped me without any issues. It turns out they are supposed to help business customers. Johnathan definitely made up for the rude encounter from my first trip. Meanwhile, the rude woman played on her cell phone the whole time.
