We love it here. All the residents are nice and we have a lot of fun both at events and just hanging out! Each and every person on the management team are helpful and friendly. Love them all. Jody is excellent! She listens to what we want to do and finds a way.

Living at Evergreen Richardson has been a real joy for me! I love everything about my apartment, and actively participate in the events on the calendar. I have especially enjoyed forming a group of creative peers, with whom to paint, craft, and share our individual talents. Maintenance is attentive and prompt, and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. All in all, this is a lovely place for me to enjoy this chapter of my life.

I moved in 7 months ago after being on the wait list for less than 4 months. The apartment was pristine, it was hard to believe any one had lived here before. Every staff member has been wonderful. Jody was my initial point of contact and is truly a blessing, helpful beyond the job requirements with a positive approach and never flustered or unpleasant. Shelly manages the property incredibly well, there has been prompt attention to the appearance of the buildings and grounds which makes this location look like an expensive complex. Celso and Keith keep everything in good repair and are very responsive and courteous at all times. I have been thrilled so far with the quality of life here and look forward to many years more. I visited several other Evergreen locations in the area and the staffs of them all were very professional and welcoming, but I feel blessed to have ended up here. Well worth the wait!

The entire staff is wonderful. Keith has been an excellent help with maintenance issues and is very friendly. Jodie is always so personable and helpful every time I call the office. Celso keeps on top of things around the property. Last but not least Shelly has always been friendly and does a great job of managing the office. I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a nice community.
