I lived there with my mom all year and we have full year documentation of rats and roaches work orders no ac neglect games being played with us they would disrespect my mother in the way they talk to us . about us asking for them to fix the ac we where all hot for many months , bathroom mold,bums,theft,rats making a mess in our unit will smell like eat pee so we did our best every day to keep them out and no they would make it all the way to our stove top every night in the morning rat poo under the stove top where we cook

I had the unfortunate experience of returning to my parked vehicle, finding my windshield further cracked. I made a complaint to the DHA Housing approximately 3 weeks ago regarding a similar previous incident regarding the same soccer court; which belongs to the Milo Apartment and I'm currently waiting for a response. I initially contacted Milo Apt. management, expressed my grievance about guys playing soccer, intentionally kicking the soccer ball into the air & over the fence, and the ball hits people's vehicles. I was disregarded by Milo Apt. management and no safeguards have yet to be established. It's as if Milo Apt. condone the damaging of personal property Me and my husband's windshields have been damaged by the reckless behavior of those individuals playing within the soccer court.

We have a new management team here and I have truly been impressed. They are making upgrades to the property inside and out. The staff are professional, polite, extremely responsive, and respectful.

Made the mistake to sign a 1 year. Several thefts occur here on a regular basis. Report to office and they say the have security. When I have called their "security" they didn't even know what city these apartments are in. Windows are sealed shut, black mold in the bathroom, and repairs are never completed until several request made for the same issues. If you're looking for a safe place to live and feel secure look somewhere else.
