Stopped in today as tourists (we're poor!). Our 10-year-old grandson in Florida is in love with Lamborghinis. The salesman, Matthew Dency, greeted us warmly. We asked if we could take our picture next to the fancy green one Lambo. He politely told us, "Absolutely!" After we took our pics next to the automobile, Matthew asked us, "What size tee shirt does your grandson take?" He then proceeded to go in the back and return with a black Lamborghini Austin tee shirt for our grandson! He didn't have to do that, but when win the lottery, I am flying back here from Florida and doing business with this man!

Stopped by Lamborghini Austin just to look around and had a great experience. Matthew was super genuine, easy to talk to, and made the whole visit feel welcoming with zero pressure.

After a rough experience at another dealership, this really stood out. When the time comes, I’ll definitely be coming back.

I am completely unrelated to Michael, but I can share similar experiences with his review.

After working with Taylor Amos (the general manager, don't ever call him a sales person as a general term or he will be offended because you didn't do your due diligence to research online that he is a general manager) had a rough attitude and should not be interacting with customers in any shape or form. He is cordial in person, but over text he is condescending and not open to fair offers on any vehicle. It's basically his way or the highway.

Taylor does not like when customers know as much as he does with regards to how a dealership works and where the numbers come from, so instead of politely declining an offer on a unit that's been collecting dust, his coping mechanism is to ghost them. Bruce Knox, managing partner, also failed to respond to inquiries.

If you are looking for good service, go to another Lamborghini dealership that is not under common ownership as this one. The only way to get good service here is to come with your wallet wide open and let them tell you how much they are going to take. If the general manager behaves this way, imagine how the sales people he manages must behave too?

I guarantee you this place will shut down soon and blame it on AI somehow.
If you enjoy hunting down your sales person, making constant emails and calls and keeping communication high on the vehicle you would like to buy, just for them to blow you off - then you've come to the right place. I'm tired of fighting to give you money for what I want, just close your doors at this point.

In my search for a M8, I found a rare spec here and from initial contact until the point that I drove off the lot, the process was easy and seamless. Zack and Caleb were very helpful and knowledgable even with a BMW. The process was straight forward and to the point which I appreciate when buying a car and seems to be rare these days in car buying. I’m leaving this review for people considering this dealership although I know their managers don’t care,
Last Thursday I went to the dealership to check out the Mercedes AMGGT. I called ahead of a time to make sure the car is available salesman name Tony didn’t even pull the car to the front and when I got there, he said the car is in the back blocked by other cars and I don’t know who has the key to other cars. He walked me back to look at the car, but didn’t even talk about the car whatsoever he was standing in the corner, not saying anything about the car, just left me with the car and walked away. When I asked him when we are going to have more information about the car, he said call us back next week even though I’m on vacation somebody else is going to give you the information. I told him I have busy schedule he needs to call me, I left him my number so he can call me when he found more information about this vehicle and guess what…he never called me. He went above and beyond not to sell car, my question is if you’re not interested sell a car, why do you go to work?

During my tenure as a Lamborghini Austin client, I found the customer service and transparency great, particularly when working with Zack and Kyle. What stood out was when I (sadly) sought to trade my Huracan for a G63, the team went the extra mile to facilitate the transaction across state lines, handle the paperwork/logistics and provide a fair price on the trade-in. Absolutely great customer service. Was visiting Austin tx from Michigan and decided to visit Lamborghini and take a few pictures. I went inside and asked the guy upfront if it was alright and immediately said no problem. The dealership looks genuine and very friendly. They even asked me if I had any questions.
