I don’t normally leave reviews but honestly, I know they’re doing “free service” but it’s not a service if you schedule someone an appointment mistakenly and then try to force them to change it because you messed up. I had an appointments scheduled for a video class thing an entire month out. I was then called a few days later and told that they had “booked me into a spot that someone else already had” and that I would have to move my appointment. I told them no. I scheduled that day at that time for a reason, as I work full time and have older children that I care for and frankly, it’s not my fault nor my problem. I told them they’d have to call the other person and see if they can reschedule because it’s not my fault that they double booked me. They refused. They then started saying that they don’t even normally book appointments at the time I was booked at, which is funny because if that’s the case why were TWO people booked at that time. Frankly, don’t even waste your time. They completely messed up and refused to take any accountability or do anything to fix the issue that they themselves caused.
They then called me again today after already lying to me and trying to force me into rescheduling to try and force me into rescheduling AGAIN. After being told I was no longer interested in receiving contact from them. They were also really pushy about me joining a church and pushed some really Christian rhetoric despite me saying I was not religious.
If you aren’t calling to tell me you fixed your mistake and are keeping my appointment as scheduled by moving the other persons appointment- do not contact me.

This used to be Emergency Pregnancy Services, they are now Women's Help Center. They give out diapers, wipes clothing for children 3 and under. They even have the program Earn While You Learn. Great place to go to get help and resources!!!

The woman at the front desk On merill rd was not welcoming, hardly acknowledged me entering the building nor did she provide ANY information for assistance. Didn’t even talk to a counselor. Immediately left and called a different location, I drove across town to the riverside location where they were so helpful and didn’t make me feel like a burden.

When I first walked in the reception desk lady didn't greet me I had to greet her entering and exiting and she barely opened her mouth. The counselor was nice and gave me a lot of valuable information. Only complaint would be that receptionist with the bad attitude she gives this place a bad vibe. She needs to quit if she doesn't like her job no one deserves to be treated like how she treat customers.
