Stood at the counter for 11 minutes, they all looked at me and kept on about their business doing nothing. Then when I said "Hello I'm here" she said " be with you in a minute" waited another 5 minutes and when I walked out I got a VERY RUDE "GO somewhere!" I'll never go back. They all looked disgusting to begin with. Dirty . My husband and I used to go every day. I don't know who they got rubbing it now

Generally good food, never consistently had a problem with it taking too long. The kiosk inside is nice when it works, but I wish it would give me the option of just saying what size drink I want since the drink machine has significantly more options than the kiosk lists. Unfortunately they increased their prices and reduced what comes with their meal deal enough that other nearby options are better for my budget now, so I don't come here much anymore.

Our fries and spicy nuggets were very hard and tasted bad, the manager claimed they were made fresh. There is no way. Turns out they had reheated them in their microwave hidden in the back of the kitchen. It is on the left by the fryers. The shift manager claims it is just a normal oven and it is just for potatoes, but I saw an employee put about 5 burgers in it and press a single button to start warming them up. I will be contacting the general manager about this. Blatant lies that some may not pick up on, I guess this is why the biggie bags exist to reheat stale food. Our burgers were not fresh either, the beef tastes old and was dry. If you order any biggie bags I would go inside and watch them closely as they make your food.

Went through the drive thru a few minutes before closing on 5-14-26. My kiddo just had surgery and was getting sick in the car. The two gentlemen working inside were so sweet and concerned. Just really above average service. Their kindness was very appreciated!!

Placed a mobile order for pickup in the mobile order spot. Checked in. Said order would be brought out in five minutes. Waited 16 min. Called the store, explained I’d been waiting in the mobile order pickup for about 16 mins after being told on the app it would be out in five,, manager answered and said “oh we don’t really use those spots, but we have the order on the counter.” (Then why are there several signs stating that you have mobile pickup, and why does your app state that food will be brought out in __ mins???) Went inside, and was informed they’re out of one of my items, told them what I’d like instead, the manager told the girl making food. Watched her ignore the manager and waited an additional 7 minutes before she had it made. She then came over, threw it in the bag, ignored me and went back. At this point I grabbed the bag and left. Drove the 8 minutes home only to find all the food was cold and frostys were horrible and melted. If I could give this a 0 star I would. Every time we have went to this location we’ve had issues between food being made wrong, being given cold food, watching the manager take personal phone calls and cursing whoever was on the other end. Extremely unprofessional, and a major disappointment. Will not be back to this location!!
