I had a very positive experience working with Jennifer Walker. She is friendly, professional, and makes everything easy. My income tax preparation was excellent! I also appreciated the communication every few days, with updates and timeline. Samantha was also very helpful. I felt everything was taken care of!

This was my first year with Walker Total Financial as my account was transfered from a previous firm due to business changes. Everything went very smooth as the same tax software was used by both firms and I was treated as a welcome new client. There were no major glitches and my returns were filed promptly after I uploaded the required documents for preparing the 2025 return.
