I waiting in the drive thrufor 45 mins to an hour to get my food. Once received and on my way, I didn't have my complete order plus no straw for my drink. Good was good although fries were luke warm. Really disappointing!

THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SLOW AND SLOPPY FOOD PREPARATION. Don't waste your time going through the drive thru... they probably won't answer. So I go out of my car and ordered from the front window... still almost 30 minutes to get the food. I was served what seemed to be 3 day old BURGER PATTIES.. DRY & HARD AS A ROCK! INEDIBLE. Lettuce on the burger tasted like it had gone bad as well as the mayonnaise. It was wrapped in what look to be greasy used paper. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. All we ate were the fries... at least they made them fresh.

Checkers is a decent option when you want a quick, affordable burger and fries 🍔🍟 The value is definitely there, and the food is fine for what you’re paying - nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.

The downside is the service experience. During a recent visit, I was even told at the drive-thru window, “Just so I know, we are accepting tips at the window tonight,” which felt pretty off-putting. Moments like that make it harder to want to come back, even if the food is a good deal.

Pro: The woman working the drive through was pleasant.
Cons: Chicken tenders tasted old. Fries extremely salty. We got 2 of the same order and neither one of us made it past a couple of bites. We were the only customers at the time and the wait was really long. That would have been fine if the food was edible. This was my first experience with a Checker's and I will not be going back. I drive passed it often and just always wanted to try it so I did. Total was $30, and unfortunately a waste. Also, the price on the menu board for what we ordered was $12.79 but was charged $13.19 not including tax. It's a small difference but it reads dishonest. If it's an oversight, please correct.
Update: Someone replied and asked that I reach out via the website. I did, and no reply. Against my better judgement, I gave it another try thinking maybe it was an off day. Food was still not good. But, again, the people working there were nice.

I did a walk up order. Orlando took my order very friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the Cheese Champ Combo. The sandwich and fries were delicious. The atmosphere was fun. One thing I would like to point out when you are the only fast food in an area ensure you order enough product to make your customers happy. Some people drive miles and would like to enjoy the experience of what there mouth was watering about. My experience was great others was disappointed. There were no chicken tenders, milk shakes, soda machine sprite and coke out. Not sure if anything else was missing. It is summer time and we are welcoming Checkers with warm arms. Thanks for all of your hard work with the crowds coming through.
