Have heard a lot of hype about Chipotle being so great. It was horrible and will not go there again. Ordered tacos they were wrapped all together sloppy. Asked for lettuce on all and paid almost 3 bucks extra each for guacamole and gott very little. I spent over $20 for 3 tacos. It Was very messy soda probably melted ice all over counter where you get utensils. Napkins.

This Chipotle is pretty good! The food is always good, but sometimes the portions can be small. The employees are always so kind and personable!

Went to this chipotle last week and placed a pickup order under the name Dan. Got to the chipotle, someone infront of me picks up their order and returns to their car, then when the staff goes to look for my order they are unable to locate it. The person who picked up their order infront of me, named Dane, returns inside to the counter and tells the employee he received the wrong order. The employee then goes back to grab Dane's food for him, and gives the same bag Dane handed back to him to me, as they had given my order to him originally. The employee did not check the bag or anything and when I opened the bag in my car, the lid was off of the bowl and I could tell the person who got my order first had opened it up to check if it was right. I had not thought in the moment to ask to have the order remade and the employee did not offer to either as he seemed in a rush to leave, but the thought of a stranger opening my food in their car and then returning it to chipotle left me, to say the least, disgusted, and I ended up throwing the whole bowl out. Needless to say I will not be returning to this chipotle.

The food tasted okay, similar to other branches, but the portion was extremely small??
How do you train your new staff??
The portion was way smaller than usual — I wasn’t even full.
It was less than half of what other branches normally give.
I paid almost $40 and still wasn’t full, to the point that I had to go eat at another restaurant afterward.

Asked for double chicken and employee puts one full scoop then shakes out half of the other scoop.
Came here once before and it was amazing portions, this time I can the guy acts like he’s afraid to even put a full scoop of rice.
You can see for yourself.. I asked for sour cream and cheese and this is what I got.
Very disappointing.. their reputation proceeds them.
