As most know, I am deaf and mute, therefore, I write customer service. I present a huge problem and I know it
I don't try to be a problem but I'd love to see how people respond. I went into this Starbucks and I tried to order coffee. Of course, I don't expect the counter staff to know sign language, but I try anyway, because some Starbucks actually do have people that speak sign language. After that, I'm reduced to pointing at the sign, or trying to write things down. The gentleman behind the counter was indeed trying his hardest to help me. He was getting very flustered because he felt he couldn't communicate with me well enough. This guy is over and above. Most people give me the sense that they're trying, but he gave me the sense that he really wanted to understand and know, just for a cup of coffee. He felt so bad, and he didn't do bad, but he felt so bad he came over when he delivered my coffee to me that he gave explanation. He gave me a card for a free cup of coffee. Which was completely unnecessary. This is the kind of service that you're gonna get at this starbucks. I'm standing and applauding right now!!!

I Drive for Amazon flex. I drink Starbucks, every single day and I go to many different locations. I don't know what they did, but this was the best tasting ice mocha. I've ever had. Followed instructions to a T. It was absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly and the cafe is clean way to go!

I rarely review but I go to a lot of Starbucks and this one was great. Kellie was super friendly and provided excellent service, talking over coffee options no other Starbucks employee has offered. Kellie also greeted everyone as they came in.

Good coffee and friendly employees! I visit this location a couple times a week. My favorite drink is the Caffè Vanilla Frappuccino with a shot of espresso.

This is a nice quiet spot! Loved it, So beautiful!!! No showers or restrooms, just one really amazing beach!!!!
