Our admittedly simple goals were to bring great, fresh-roasted coffee to our neighbors with the help of a charming but ever mischievous 15-kilo Ambex roaster. Port City Java has evolved and grown to operate over 30 cafes as well as its own bakery, roastery and distribution center since then. Our menu offers a diverse selection to satisfy all of your sweet and savory urges. Beverages include a rotating selection of remarkable coffee, carefully crafted espresso drinks, smoothies made with real fruit, milkshakes made with rich ice cream and award winning teas among other items. We bake fresh daily and our breakfast sandwiches and wraps are made on site and are served hot all day. Our PCJ EATs lunch sandwiches and wraps are made fresh daily and available in our grab and go case for a quick and easy solution to the question of “What’s for lunch?”: We're grateful for the opportunity to serve an outstanding menu that is approachable, accessible and steeped in kindness. Manners count. While other coffeehouses might hurry their customers out the door, we invite our guests to stay and settle in with us. Great coffee, great service! Here from out of town— came in before 7am and received the warmest welcome. They also have the cutest wall of their doggie drive through guests.

I stop here a lot because the location is convenient but the drink quality is hit or miss. For example, if you order a matcha there’s a strong chance you’ll get a large cup of milk that maybe met matcha once in a past life.

The coffee is fantastic and the staff is always attentive and kind whenever I stop by. I've gotten progressively better at ordering my desired coffee choice, but even before that comfort they would take their time and walk me through my choices and how to order in the future.

Nice place, seating inside and out. Good coffee: I had two shots of espresso plus a little water. The flavor was strong, but not that overpowering brew my daughter makes. I did manage to spill it all over the counter....

Visited during the Riverfest and even with a line through the door they were still able to serve customers rather quickly. I got the 16 oz Green Wave smoothie and my Husband got the Campfire Latte and they were both tasty. The sugar/straw area was a little messy and we had to wait in line to ask for a straw but it was also during a busy period. Atmosphere is warm and cozy. 10/10 recommend.
