This place is superior to any other open display style restaurant in the area. The hummus is delicious (with many options available), the shawarma chicken is halal - and it is perfect. The Tahini shake blew my mind. It is delicious! Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on this menu. I have ordered bowls, wraps, sandwiches, the pita and the sweet potato fries- you gotta try it all!

Now, hold your seat, because I haven’t described the cleanliness! From the moment you walk in the door, you observe the clean floor, the clean tables, and the clean food display area - where they carefully place ingredients in your bowl, contrary to other open food display restaurants.

Even the quality of the paper bags are superior. And the area behind the counter where bags are stored is neat.

I could go on, but, let me finish by saying the prices are extremely reasonable for quality of the food and the portion size.

Have I convinced you to try it? I am waiting to have a party and have them cater it!!

We have ordered about 1/4 of the menu in the lastv few months & so far all was so good! The options are fresh, flavorful AND a great value for your $!! The team is so nice! This location is always sparkling and allows a positive environment to gather. Looking forward to the next order. ♡

Hummus Republic is hands-down one of the best fast-casual Middle Eastern spots I’ve been to. The food is ridiculously fresh — the hummus is creamy and flavorful, the falafel is perfectly crispy, and the chicken shawarma is juicy and seasoned just right. Every bowl and wrap feels like it was made with care, and the variety of toppings and sauces lets you customize your meal exactly how you like it.

Big shout-out to Brittany, the manager — she was incredibly polite, welcoming, and really went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, especially for first-timers who need a little guidance (like me).

It’s rare to find a place that nails both food and service, but Hummus Republic delivers on both. If you’re looking for healthy, flavorful food with great people behind the counter, this is your spot. You might end up addicted to the tzatziki... don’t say I didn’t warn you!

I recently had an awesome experience at Hummus Republic. The place was super clean, and the staff were really professional. I called in my order, and James was amazing—he walked me through the menu even though they were about to close. It was so convenient to get everything sorted over the phone. When I picked up my gyro pita, it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this spot! Their pita chicken shawarma was unique, and their pita gyro beef was tasty. Next time, I'll try the wrap or bowl to compare. The only downside is that I find them a bit pricey.

Thank you for bringing this amazing and healthy option to the area! My bowl was delicious. The food was really tasty and fresh. It’s great for those that are looking for grain free/ dairy free food. loved all the topping options and the portions were nice sized. I ordered extra protein since things are usually really skimpy these days but it wasn’t even necessary. The service was great as well. Please come to Goodyear too.
