Everyone is friendly and efficient. Many optometry students do their rotations here so there is a lot of conferring and consulting. It works well because the senior doctor on staff has more time to zone in on results and talk to you. They are busy but the service is good and I was pleased.

Every single medical office needs to take notes from the West Orange location of Omni.
They were able to squeeze me in for a next day emergency appointment as I was experiencing severe pain in my left eye.
Every single employee is cheerful, kind, helpful and patient! I was there for over an hour and the entire experience was delightful (or as delightful as a medical eye exam can be ☺️). The entire staff from front desk, nurse and the Dr were incredibly thorough and attentive - all with a caring demeanor.
You are truly in good hands here. I am thankful that my optometrist referred me to them.

My mom was a recent patient here that she needed help she couldn’t come by herself. Things with the visit went a little awry and she ended up almost missing that appointment and not getting her surgery, But your people took it in stride, were understanding, patient and kind! You don’t find that many places these days. I’ll always be grateful for this experience. In a little under two weeks she gets the other eye done. I’m more than confident that it will go well.
