When I had an appointment, I had a great experience, though when it comes to booking online .. Horrible. I had made an appointment online for my husband through their site, when he arrived the placed was closed. I had called and spoke to someone they said you have to call because sometimes it’s not accurate when you make the appointment online, then why have that feature ?. That can be a problem if someone had to take off of work for that appointment and no one was there … horrible system!!

The absolute worst Ai interaction when making an appointment. New patient trying to schedule an appointment, their times are wrong online, then says they’re open certain days then said they’re closed when I accepted the slot the ai offered. Just went with a different practice all together.

Local, easy access doctor service. The team is confident and friendly. The nurse as well as the doctor listens carefully and attentively. The doctor expresses her views with clarity and patience. I felt comfortable with this visit. Well done, mature operation.
