Went here a couple of days ago and the girl at the window was super nice, asked about the stars on her face and she said they were pimple patches lol! She was easy to talk to and my food got out fast. Had a really long day & and all I wanted was quick food and good service. Would recommend!

This place has not once but twice somehow put meat on my black bean chalupa. When it happened the first time I assumed they were busy, asked for a refund and ate something else. But the second time there is no excuse, how does a menu item that simply does not have meat on it arrive in the customers hands with meat on it. On this most recent order it also has cheese and sour cream, both of which I received from the order. There is no reason I have to open up my crunch wrap and deconstruct it to make sure it's safe to eat. I recommend going to the Taco Bell across town as it's much more consistent and I've never had any issues there. It's just really frustrating that I have to drive an extra 5 minutes just to get mediocre fast food. It's not hard to slap ingredients together, I worked in the food industry both sit down and fast food for a long time and never gave out anyone any food that was returned because the wrong item was given to them.

TL:DR Go anywhere else, they will likely mess something up and won't be timely with refunds.

Every time I’ve gone here all the workers have the strangest attitudes.. I’ve never had this issue going to the one on Pine Lake Avenue though.

& please clean your soda machines, why does it always taste soooo nasty from here. 🤮

I’ve given those places so many chances I don’t complain. This is my first ever review leaving on a place but I can’t stand it anymore. The manager on duty did offer to give me a new one, but I’m already home The workers here I don’t know if they’re messing around in back too busy, listening to their own music with their own headphones in there ear that witness 24 seven when I’m there when they are on headsets but I got nacho bell grande no beans, extra meat, meat and sour cream nothing else and no cheese no tomatoes two weeks ago I got a Dr Pepper that I completely had to throw out that wasn’t tasting Good that I even called back the place to tell him they should probably switch it. And I’m pretty sure before THAT I did not even get have the food I order and still did not go get a refund , honestly do better
