We have been loyal customers for years at this Hacienda but no longer. We waited over an hour for our food and when we brought this to the servers attention, he argued with us and stated that it had been 30 minutes. We asked for the manager and when the General Manager came to the table, he already had an attitude. He didn't even listen to our problem before telling us that we were wrong. Hacienda in general has gone down hill over the last year in it's food quality but the ridiculous service tonight has lost them loyal customers.

So my husband and I went to this place tonight for dinner. This waitress (most likely named Allie) with glasses was already quite rude from the time of taking the order. She was incredibly cold, throughout our meal. My husband ordered a margherita and I didn't get any because I wasn't going to have drinks. We finished our food and my husband just told me if I would like to just take a sip from his drink just to taste. I just took the glass close to my mouth and the girl (taking order from the table beside us) literally snapped at me saying "did you show me your id???" I was immediately apologetic not realizing the rule that I can't even take a sip when my husband literally already had most of it. Let me tell you that I am 32 years old and I had no intention to break the rule trying to drink illegally!
She didn't even stop just yelling at me, she literally SNATCHED the rest of the drink away not even letting my husband finish it, WHICH WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR! And then she sent the manager because she probably thought it was going to be some nasty arguments! But we didn't even argue at all and was in fact shocked by the way she handled the entire situation!
The manager was professional and asked if we had a problem and my husband told him that we had zero intentions to do anything against the rule, we were just not aware because often times the local rules differ by places. And then he just walked away? We were generally upset by the way the situation was handled, there are a million ways she could have politely and professionally approached this. But the way this random girl handled the situation was INCREDIBLY RUDE !!! Hopefully she learns some basic etiquette which is literally one of the fundamental responsibilities of her job!
Visitors, please stay away from this girl if you want to enjoy just a nice meal with your family.
Never going back to this place!

Im from florida , mexican cuisine is extremely popular there. This restaurant feels like its cosplaying authentic Mexican cuisine, the “salsa” is so thick like ketchup. Honestly, I think they opened a can of tomato sauce and added a can of diced chilies to it. It tastes very artificial. The food was mid. And the menu selection is very small. You cant even get rice and beans with the kids meal because for some reason even though “rice and beans” is listed as a side on the menu for $2.99 the waitress said its 2 sides??? Im not sure this area really knows what mexican food is. Its almost the same vibe as taco bell. The chicken and the taco salad tastes fresh out of a can and im almost positive the steak is from the dollar tree , i chewed for probably 5 minutes. Wont be back here lol all of the food tastes artificial

It's a nice old house that shows some signs of originality, but was converted into a Mexican restaurant decades ago. It has multiple rooms and levels with good food and prompt service. It's certainly family friendly and moderately priced. It would've been nice to have known more about the building itself. It is rumored to have had a ghostly history and our waitress confirmed her own experiences there, but it certainly was a lovely night out with the family.

We LOVE hacienda. The wet burrito never disappoints. Also, the ranch for the chips is absolutely amazing. I was glad I could share such great food with my friends today! We got there right as they opened. They were very pleasant and happy to serve us!
