Disaster Professsionals has helped us out with two emergencies in the last 10 years.

The first was when we had a water leak upstairs, which caused water to pour into our basement. They identified the cause, fixed the issue, and dried out our basement. They were so quick and professional, and because their mitigation was so awesome, they actually saved us from having to file an insurance claim.

The second was when we were out of town at a soccer tournament and our teen-aged son and 20- year old daughter called with concerns about a heavy gasoline smell in the house.

Disaster professsionals quickly fixed a natural gas leak in the connection fitting to our heater-likely caused by a recent earthquake, and a gasoline leak from our generator in the garage.

I can’t imagine what could’ve happened while we were gone with both of those leaks in our home. I’m so grateful for Disaster Professionals for their expert service, quick response, and ability to fix these issues over a weekend.

I can’t recommend them enough.
