Have been a loyal sewell lexus customer for years. First time dealing with sewell cadillac and it's been the worst experience of my life! I held off leaving a review because they were supposed to make it right. They did not and it's been 3 months now. "Lost" our financing contract needed us to redo it ... multiple times! Finally got my own financing and left them out of it. Car wasn't ready when they said it would be (we drive 2 hours to get it but had to leave without it and return). Manager never available to talk. Rude service. Finally spoke to someone who was sending a gift card for dinner to apologize (laughable but appreciated the minimal effort) but card never arrived. Now they have canceled/rescheduled for 3 different reasons to pick up the vehicle for a simple oil change. I've had better service at a self serve gas pump. Do not expect Sewell level quality service here. Save your money and go elsewhere.
