I’ve been having issues with our HVAC unit for a year and Josh was able to figure out what the issue was, suggested a permanent fix and also gave me a rough estimate of what it would cost. He then showed me the temporary fix and something that I should be able to do myself and avoid the cost of having someone come out to fix it. I’m so happy with the service and how courteous, transparent and helpful Josh was and would highly recommend Monomoy Mechanical to my friends and neighbors who might need it.

Tim D. was professional, knowledgeable and very good at communicating and explaining the needed AC repairs. He completed the job with accuracy and I was impressed with how this company took care of my AC needs all in the same day! My first experience with Monomoy Mechanical, but it won’t be the last!
Highly recommend this company.

Oriano is wonderful. I am so happy he has joined you. I have had him for previous maintenance and he always does a great job. He is very personable, answers my questions and gives good advice. You have gained a great addition to your company!

We recently had a Fujitsu Minni-split system installed by Monomoy Machanical of Yarmouth Ma. and we are very pleased with the install and performance of the Fujitsu equipment. Jason Houle was our contact from beginning to end. Jason was extremely helpful in the process, he answered all of our questions and was able to arrange the install on a day we had asked for.

Dustin and Dave were the installers and made short work of the job.
They were able to work the line-set through the attic as we asked and were very considerate of protecting our floors by laying down drop cloths and cleaned up as they worked from room to room.

Once the job was done they walked me through the functionality of the system, the do's and don'ts and the things to look out for.

We had reached out to 3 other companies in and around the Dennisport area for quotes and that's mostly what we got, just quotes. Monomoy was really great in answering any questions about pros and cons before we had even put down a deposit and when you call the company, there was a person that actually answers the phone and she was very polite and helpful.

If you find yourself looking to have your heating and cooling needs met, I would strongly recommend reaching out this great team.

Sincerely,
John
