Kim is awesome and always such a joy to work with! She has a wonderful eye for detail and truly knows how to help find pieces that feel just right. From the very first time I walked into the store, the experience has been phenomenal. The staff are welcoming, the store is great , and Kim goes above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. Had a very unpleasant experience today picking up my altered pants. The Black male sales associate was full of attitude—his tone and gestures made it seem like he owned the brand. Selling luxury doesn’t make you luxury.

If you can’t even treat customers with basic respect, maybe it’s time to get retrained. Your job isn’t that hard: greet people politely, hand them their order, and don’t act like you’re doing them a favor.

Drop your attitude and do better.
