Just ordered take out. Both burgers requested with 5 toppings each. Only got 2. Not even the burger basics. Lettuce tomatoes and pickles. It was clear on the ticket. Do better Five Guys

Raven is by and large the best manager/staff member I’ve ever encountered not only for a Five Guys location, but food & beverage in general. My wife and I will go a few weeks without stopping in to this location, and when we return Raven recognizes us and treats us like family. She has an infectious positive attitude and brings a smile to everyone’s face.

I’ve been to this Five Guys several times, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. Lateisha is always welcoming from the moment you walk in, and it’s obvious she’s proud to represent the brand.

I’ve watched her train new employees with patience and respect, lead by example, jump in to help the kitchen when needed, and support her entire team while still making customers feel like a priority. That kind of leadership is rare, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Her pride in her work truly stands out and creates a great experience for both customers and employees. Corporate should absolutely recognize Lateisha for the outstanding job she’s doing. She is a tremendous asset to Five Guys.

This team was swamped and behind on orders but handled everything with class, dignity and smiles. Kudos to the manager on duty and the training these professionals received.

Calm under pressure made for an even more enjoyable burger and fries.

Outstanding experience!!
