I was in dire need to switch my plan over. I called the store and Juanita picked up the line. She was straightforward. She gave me everything I needed. She even asked for my phone number just to assure that I stayed on track so I can make it to the store safely. I made it to the store. She helped me out beyond I could’ve ever dreamed not only did she do what she said she was gonna do she did more and Yesi stepped in and helped as well between Yesi and Juanita they tremendously allow me to come through for my family yet again and save $230 a month they are tremendously amazing and I will be more than happy to recommend Juanita and Yesi to the Cricket wireless location on Broadway in Garland Texas. And they was able to throw in my wife a new phone And a free speaker

Yesi is AMAZING. I love how prompt and straight to the point she is…..the benches that are in her store were a HUG perk, especially for those of us who are handicap. I appreciate her expertise, the cleanliness of the store and her very professional and positive attitude. She deserves a raise. Give it to her NOW; you don’t want to lose employees like her.

Came in to ask what plans they had, I was helped by the young lady with a red tattoo. She helped me by explaining all concerns I had, she even helped me set up and transfer all my info into the new device!!! Very happy with the service!! Definitely recommend going to this store!!
