I had a terrible experience where my phone was stolen, and I was terrified of losing my phone number permanently because it’s linked to everything. I came into this Total Wireless store, and the team was incredibly patient and helpful. They didn’t rush the process; they spent the necessary time to troubleshoot and successfully recovered my number for me. The level of service here is amazing, and the relief I feel is immense. Highly recommend this location!

I had an excellent experience at this Total Wireless store. I decided to switch over from Metro, and the staff made the entire transition completely seamless. They helped me get a very good deal on the new Motorola Edge and made sure everything was transferred over correctly. Great service, helpful staff, and a smooth process. Five stars!
