I am come to fontana to LA shell pump not good. I am ask employee morning time use restroom but employee no restroom That employee doesn't know how to speak properly. When I searched on Google, the gas station listed "restrooms" as one of the services they provide. When I got there and asked an employee if there was a restroom, they flat-out said no. There was a boy and a girl there. The boy didn't say it directly. He behaved rudely with me.

The service was efficient and well organized. I did not have to wait long to use a pump, and the payment process was smooth and fast. Both card and cash options were available, and the instructions at the pump were easy to follow. I appreciated how everything worked without any confusion or delay.

Another thing I appreciated was the cleanliness of the surroundings. The fueling area, air pump station, and small convenience section were all kept neat and tidy. The lighting was also good, making it feel safe and comfortable even during evening hours.

The staff members were polite and helpful. They were available when needed and provided assistance in a friendly and professional manner. The overall customer service experience felt smooth and reliable.

The station also had a small convenience store offering snacks, drinks, and basic travel essentials, which was very useful. The pricing for fuel was fair and competitive compared to other nearby locations.

[SCAM ALERT]
This Shell station at 504 W Olympic Blvd is either completely incompetent or flat-out scamming people, maybe both.

On April 26th, I paid $14.77 at pump #1. The transaction went through, but no gas was dispensed. I didn’t notice right away, but once I saw the tank hadn’t moved, I turned around and went back.

The employee on-site acknowledged the issue, made a full written report, and confirmed the incident. I was told to return the next day to speak with the manager (who, of course “wasn’t in today”). I wanted to properly fill my tank, so I paid another $27 at pump #2, which worked fine. In total, I paid $42 for just 1/3 of a tank in a Nissan Sentra, a car I usually fill completely for around $55-60.
I returned the next day, still no manager (obviously).
On my third visit (today), I finally got to speak with him, and that’s when the gaslighting started. He told me, “The pump says it gave you gas, so it must have.” No ownership. Just attitude and denial.

$42 for 1/3 of a tank, AND THEY MADE ME RETURN MULTIPLE TIMES. NO REFUND, NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

I’ve officially reported this station to the appropriate authorities. Hopefully, someone steps in because they clearly won’t.

For your sanity, stay away!

Overall this is a fine gas station, not overall clean, but not overall dirty either. Compared with some of the locations in the area, this one prevails. I understand that gas prices change daily, but the prices here are occasionally higher than that of some of its competitors.
