Purchased a brand new hotsy from here pump failed and it constantly pops the breaker when I turn it on. (It’s on a new 20amp circuit by itself)I was told it failed because we let it run for more then 60 seconds.I asked if it’s not under warranty if they could call me first with a price they did not and fixed it without my approval. I had no choice but to pay for repair. Also, my wand was swapped out with another customers wand. Mine was in much better shape than the one I received and it leaks from handle. We don’t use this pressure washer every day like a big company and now it’s Not igniting, I would not suggest buying a hotsy or Doing business With this company.

We've used Royce Industries for all of our Hotsy needs for many years now and continue to be very pleased with the product knowledge and skilled service provided every time. We dealt with Gary Roybal and Tom Thatcher on the most recent purchase are happy with the outcome. It's so nice to deal with a company that does exactly what they say they will!

If you have a pressure washer needing repair, this is the place. Super knowledgeable, super honest. These guys really know their stuff and the repair bill was less than half of what I was expecting. I could not recommend them more. I believe the guy that helped me was named Tony, if I have that wrong I apologize because they deserve a shout out. Thanks you guys again for fixing my Mi-T-M pressure washer!

Thanks, Greatly! I spoke with Brendan and he suggested I bring in the equipment and speak to Tom. They were highly recommended by the nearby trusted small engine shop as the only heated pressure washer repair shop in Denver.
