I was helped by a guy named Kyle, who gave me a hard time for my license plate not being on my car, my truck at the time was less than a week newly purchased, and the license plate in my front window was a temp tag. I am a grown mature person, so Kyle taking issue With my temp tag, not being on the vehicle was not that big of a deal to me, but his attitude and lack of professionalism was an issue for me. I simply stated that no one had had an issue with it before and questioned why this was now an issue, he stated it was company policy, a policy I asked to see and one that he could not provide to me. He stated I was more than welcome to terminate my membership, a membership that I’ve had for over seven years since they opened, did not offer me for a refund of my membership, but just let me know that he was more than happy to have me go as a customer. He also stated verbatim, that he makes over $100,000 a year, he felt it was appropriate and necessary to state that so I’m sharing that in this review since he was so proud of it. John Lee the owner called me later that day, he was very polite. Asked a lot of questions that were necessary and seemed genuinely polite and asked for me to return to the car wash at some point. I have two other memberships one for my wife and one for my son both under my wife’s name and phone number, but under my bank account. This all happened last week I’m not bitter, but as a business professional, I understand how important these reviews are, how accurate they must be, and how members And employees of each business Need to be accountable for how they act and how they treat others, especially customers. This location is very close and convenient, but I will be looking at other options and taking into consideration, price and professionalism.

I’m very pleased with the service that I received from the workers here at four seasons they are very sweet, especially Vianney I have a membership here and I just wanted to vacuum my car. She verified my membership and with pleasure let me go ahead and vacuum. I appreciate good customer service at any establishment. But I’m very pleased with the warm and welcoming smile I get from the Vianney every single time I come here.

Let me just start off by saying the staff at four seasons car wash are truly amazing. I’m not just saying that let me give you an example I am disabled and need a wheelchair. Last week I was getting into my car as usual and I dropped my Chapstick on the floor as I’m reaching down to grab the Chapstick. I drop a wad of money all hundred dollar bills which immediately starts blowing under my car and as I’m reaching to grab it, I fall out of the car on the floor. The staff immediately sees me Tony rushed over and immediately tries to assist me with getting me off the floor and back in my car as Ricardo chases my money down with the assistance of Dre, the integrity of the staff here is truly nothing that I have experienced before they could have easily took advantage of the situation yet their honorable actions reflected that this is a place that can be trusted, and they care about their customers I counted all of the money and not a single hundred dollar bill was missing. I am grateful for these three gentlemen I am truly humbled by the men employed here and this is definitely a place that you should come to get your car washed and meet the friendly and honest staff that work here highly recommend thank you to four seasons car wash 5 stars!
