Stopped by HomeGoods today to look for a couple pieces of furniture for my room. Huge selection and lots of quality items, but it was very busy and a bit overwhelming to shop. Prices were decent but not amazing. Parking outside was a little annoying too. HomeGoods is owned by the same company behind T.J. Maxx and Marshalls, both which I like. Stores constantly rotate inventory, so if you see something you like, it might be gone next time. Go weekday mornings if you can. That’s usually when shelves are freshly stocked and the crowds are lighter. ✨

Audrey (cashier) serviced me with the most arrogant attitude and did not wrap my breakable vase. I wrapped it myself! I am a Mexican woman and I hope this was not the reason why she stood at the register as if to say “ do it yourself “! I cannot think of any other reason for this treatment because I greeted her first and also placed all my items for her to scan in a nice order. She also studied my receipt for a return and even though she found item - still made it a point to check date and time of purchase!!! Oside is a much friendlier store! I’m not coming back here!

San Marcos - Rude staff on the floor, even for a busy Saturday, they are overwhelmed and dirty, below acceptable standard. As soon as you enter the store, there's merchandise crammed into the entry, making it difficult to even get through the aisles when it's busy. “Management”? was rude. Merchandise and prices are competitive although some merchandise is beat up from handling in some cases. If you can get there on a day they’re not overwhelmed, might be worth it but I would never buy there now, nor recommend anyone to shop there. “0” stars, rude employees, terrible service but a couple stars if they have what you want, it might be worth it if not for the rude employee(s). Other Home Goods, I'd be willing to try.

GRAND OPENING I was like a kid in a candy shop, if I could only fit everything in my cart. BEAUTIFUL art if your into that, pet stuff & plenty of pet toys to choose from. But the lamps! Again if your a lamp head like me your gonna appreciate the many unique styles of lighting. Muchas muchas cosas!! Till next time #metiendafavorita

Shopped 'til I dropped at the Grand Opening this morning. The staff was incredible - so friendly, and extremely helpful. Inventory is amazing - I did some damage today 🤣 Special shout out to Susie who was so sweet and accommodating. She carefully hand wrapped my delicate items, with a smile and friendly conversation, and I had three carts full of stuff!!! I definitely recommend this store - I can't wait to go back! 😁
