7 Brew in Longmont is a great stop for our favorite drinks, tea & 7 energy drinks. The staff there are always energetic, friendly & courteous. I saw a mini football & asked how i could get one? The young lady's response " you just have to leave a review of our store on Google ". So here I am, every time we come up to visit our daughter we have to stop n get our favorite drinks and of course chit chat with the staff. Fun friendly place. 2 thumbs up & 5 Stars!!

Every time I stop by 7 Brew in Firestone, I’m reminded why it’s my favorite coffee stop. The location is incredibly convenient, right off the highway, making it the perfect place to grab a drink on the go.

The customer service is what really sets this location apart. Isabelle, Layla, and Riley are always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see people. They create such a fun, upbeat atmosphere while still being professional and efficient. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do, and it makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this location!

I come to this location a few times a week, today I was in a hurry and needed a quick pick me.
I pulled into the outside lane behind two other cars, while one car was in the inside lane. The lead car in my lane got their drink right away, but stayed parked there chatting with an employee. Meanwhile, the employee who took the order of the car ahead of me waved me over to the inside lane, but another car pulled in at that exact second, so I stayed put.

From there, order management completely broke down. The second car ahead of me got their drink and left, moving me up to second in line. But instead of taking my order, employees repeatedly serviced new cars pulling into the inside lane—taking orders for three separate cars that arrived after me while I sat waiting for nearly 10 minutes. All the while, the lead car in my lane was still parked, having a personal conversation with an employee.

An employee finally walked over to take my order after almost taking the order of a fourth car in the inside lane. A couple of minutes later, the lead car finally drove off after the employee told them, “thanks for listening to me,” and walked inside. As soon as I pulled up, my drink was brought right out.

The speed of the drink prep wasn't the issue—it was the total lack of lane coordination and an employee blocking an entire line for 10+ minutes to have a personal chat. Staff needs better training on balancing two lanes fairly and keeping the traffic moving.

I had such amazing customer experience. The manager, Sophia, came out and took my order herself; she was very kind, professional, and especially charming. You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and customer experience. Great team they have, will be back.

I would like to share this. It was my first time here! I ordered a Raspberry Truffle Macchiato Ice but when I received it, it was full of just ice and barley had anything inside. The drink is very good No complaint but paying 7 or 8 bucks just for a cup full of ice is crazy.
