There is a reason this company only had one review as of 12/30/2025. I think they are very new and have no idea what they are doing. It's taken months to have them review bank statements and create simple Profit and Loss Statements for a business with less than 2800 total transactions over 2.5 years. I have had to do most of the work and spent hours correcting their attempts at bookkeeping. I needed the task completed quickly and they said they could get it done but failed to deliver.
It feels like they are just trying to use AI to have the work completed and it's all wrong. I am seeking a refund and might have to resort to a credit card charge back. You get what you pay for or in this case I didn't get anything that I paid for.

Bianca has been taking care of my companies for over 5 years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her excellent work and outstanding service. Always professional, reliable, and dedicated — I truly appreciate everything she and her team do!
