I recently moved to the area and am so glad that I can finally say I have a go-to auto repair shop that I trust! I specifically went to the Hixson location because I saw it had good reviews for customer service and honesty, which are especially important to me as a woman who doesn’t know much about cars. They did not disappoint! Not only did they get me in and out on a busy day where I was originally asked if I could leave my car and it would get looked at the following day, but they were incredibly respectful, patient, helpful, and kind! I ended up needing a couple parts replaced over the course of a couple visits (my undercarriage was pretty rusty after 6yrs in NY 😅) and they took such great care of me throughout the whole process, helping me save as much money as possible too! They are awesome, definitely see them for any car problems you’re having!

This is a fantastic place! They helped me so much ,my car engine was bad, and there was a factory defect in it, ( I didnt know about it) Lenny and staff went the extra mile(s) to get me to the manufacturer repair campaign and got the engine replaced for free under the warrenty.
They also repaired other needs on my vehicle after the engine was replaced.
They are very honest, thorough ,concienceous, and do absolutely great work in amazingly quick time.... I HIGHLY recommend them for your auto needs!
