I highly recommend that you don't take your vehicles to be serviced at MCI Auto services. Jeff, the owner, is a racist. He literally had enough nerve to ask me if I was from the North and said that he refused to work on my vehicle. He will hang up on you when inquiring about the cost of his services, and does NOT warranty the work that he does on your vehicle. He also will NOT allow you to test drive your vehicle after he has done work on it. He will require you to pay the bill BEFORE you even get the opportunity to test drive it and check his work. He is very rude and unprofessional and clearly is not a respected business owner in the community. He picks and chooses what days he shows up to work and even during business hours he hardly ever answers his phone. I urge everyone reading this, do NOT take your vehicles there to be serviced!
